When we set out to build the Ace Visor for our Baseline Collection, we knew two things from day one: it had to hold up through long, grueling hours on the court, and it had to do better by the planet.

Let’s be honest: standard sports gear has a huge plastics problem. Most caps and visors on the market are manufactured from brand-new, virgin petroleum-based synthetic polyester. We didn’t want to go down that road. Instead, we looked at what was already out there polluting our waters:
• 70% Seaqual® Yarn: This isn’t ordinary recycled fabric. Seaqual collaborates with coastal cleanup programs, local fishermen, and ocean cleanup initiatives to pull discarded marine litter directly from beaches and ocean beds, transforming that recovered plastic waste into clean, premium performance yarn.
• 30% Recycled Polyester: Blended in to give the visor structural stability, shape retention, and everyday resilience that won’t break down after repeated sets under the summer sun.
By choosing this deliberate blend, every single Ace Visor diverts plastic waste out of marine ecosystems and puts it back to work where it belongs.

A visor can have all the green credentials in the world, but if it flies off during an overhead smash or feels like an oven on your forehead, nobody is going to wear it. We engineered the Ace Visor around what players actually experience during competitive play:

• Wipe down with a damp cloth after training, or give it a gentle hand wash in cool water. • Skip the bleach, iron, dryer, and dry clean.
• Air dry out of extreme heat to protect the structured curve of the brim and the precision embroidery.
